Gluten free Tacos
Ground Turkey, sauteed Bell peppers and onions, black beans, shredded romaine, freshly shredded Parmesan cheese, avocado, and lime! Served in Old El Paso Taco Shells.
This whole meal is gluten free and took about 15 minutes to make.
Gluten Free??? You have got to be kidding Me!
Despite all of the hype over the "Gluten Free Diet Fad", it appears as though I have now joined the ranks of folks who HAVE to eat gluten free due to allergies.
I am not super thrilled about this at all. But I am just going to take it day by day, and see how it goes. This blog is going to serve as my "Gluten Free Journal" as well as a place to post my trial and errors in attempting to cook Gluten Free!
